Register your food bank/pantry as a MEAT-up partner

Tell us about your organization, cold storage and receiving. We'll contact you as MEAT-ups come to your region. We serve Spokane and Kootenai counties today, and registering doesn't guarantee a delivery date.

Registration form

Required: legal organization name, contact name, email, phone and street address (street, city, state and ZIP). Everything else is optional. Fill in what you can, and we'll follow up for anything else.

Main contact
We use this email to keep your registration and to contact you.
For example: Pantry coordinator.
Name, email and phone of a second person we can reach.
Who we should call right away if a product is recalled: name and phone or email. Can be the same as the main contact.
Your organization
The name on your IRS or state paperwork.
If people know your pantry or program by a different name.
Type of organization (optional)
For example: 12-3456789.
For example: a Feeding America partner agency, a church, or a regional food bank you receive from.
Location and who you serve
The address where deliveries would arrive.
For example: Spokane and Stevens counties.
When families can get food from you. For example: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10 am to 1 pm.
A rough estimate is fine.
Cold storage and food safety

You don't need cold storage to host a MEAT-up. This helps us plan.

For example: two chest freezers, or a walk-in freezer. Write “none” if you have none.
For example: one reach-in fridge, or a 10 by 12 foot walk-in cooler. Write “none” if you have none.
Receiving and delivery
For example: Tuesday to Thursday, 9 am to 2 pm.
Tell us how a truck would unload at your site: loading dock or ground level, forklift, pallet jack or hand truck, and the largest truck that can park there.
Anything else
Anything else we should know.
