Register your food bank/pantry as a MEAT-up partner

At a MEAT-up, a refrigerated truck brings fresh, USDA-inspected meat to a partner food bank/pantry on its own distribution day, and families take it home the same day, so the food bank/pantry doesn’t need a freezer to take part.

Where we are now

MEAT-ups began helping families in 2025, with 3 families receiving fresh meat or protein. We serve Spokane and Kootenai counties today, and we’re raising $1,000,000 to grow. Register now to be on our list as we expand.

How a MEAT-up works

A truck comes to you

On your own distribution day, a refrigerated truck brings fresh meat to your food bank/pantry.

Families pick up the same day

The families you serve pick up their protein straight from the truck on MEAT-up day.

No freezer needed

Everything goes home with families that day, so your food bank doesn't need cold storage to host.

Where we'll start

We’re starting in Spokane and Kootenai counties, then plan to grow across the Northwest and region by region across the country. Registrations help us decide where to go next.

See upcoming MEAT-ups and other dates on our MEAT-ups page.

Register your food bank/pantry as a MEAT-up partner

Our registration form is for food banks and food pantries that want to partner with United Plates on MEAT-ups. Tell us about your organization and your cold storage. We'll contact you as MEAT-ups come to your region.
